I think you're right, people can find the answers to their questions by researching the archives etc. but sometimes its comforting to have a direct contact w/ someone.  It seems support is lacking in this world.  I also think peeps like us dont want to "burden" our friends with the constant fears and concerns we have.  I have one friend since the 60"s who just doesn't want to hear it, its too negative for her,  and for me.............. well I guess you just have to be in someones shoes to really understand what they are going through and we all need support. I'm so glad you all are here, and sorry at the same time.  Blessings, M4now

LOL, no pun huh? The sex one amazes me, I can't tell if they're serious. Especially from those who post about intimate sexual esperiences...have you seen those? KInda freaky.

I know  there are a lot of repitious questions that can easily be answered by googling the answer, but some people want things offered to them by humans instead of a website.

I don't mind googling to get an answer for someone else, but it reminds me of something I read about people who like to have things read and interpreted for them (ie: the bible) Instead of reading and coming to their own conclusions, they want others to interpret. It's like having someone chew your food for you and you get to enjoy the flavor...

Nothing to do with  the person who asked about HR this is just late night ramblings:)

I agree with you about no stupid questions except for one.  The constant post by those who choose not to do any research on this disease and ask "Can I get hepC from having sex?  That one is really starting to bug me.  (no pun intended)

Hepatitis Researcher is a dr that we are lucky to have visit this forum. There's only one of him, and like his name implies, he researches hepatitis.
