Someone had a pin on their key chain?   IF the person who owned the keys had HCV  and IF they recently pricked their finger with that pin ....lots of IF'S    but if you are in doubt of all that get tested in a couple of weeks.

If you pricket your finger on someone elses keys and there was blood present then I would say yes they could possibly get it only if they pricket there finger or put the keys in there mouth right after that happened. If it has been days later I highly doubt they could contract it. the most common way is blood to blood contact. however i would have them wash there keys right away!!
