Your results are positive.  You have Hepatitis C and your viral load is 1,368,453 which is considered in the medium range.  Do you have any other blood test results?  Now you can find out what's been making you sick for the last 15 years and improve your health.  Going to the doctor may seem unpleasant now, but you have to find out the extent of your  liver damage so that it can be treated.

what prescription drugs have you been on?
what over the counter drugs?
people think they have to have been a drinker or druggie to get cirrohsis but it's not true.
some rx's are as hard on the liver as alcohol.

Diet, and excess fat consumption, as well as diebetes etc also play into liver health.
