My babies shots gave him a temperature of 99.7°f UNDER HIS ARM.
WHAT CAN I DO OTHER THAN GIVE HIM HIS INFANT FEVER DROPS.

Don't bundle the baby up too much in layers and blankets, just one or two layers.  Make sure he drinks liquid.  Count how many times he wets his diapers today and call if it's too few (maybe less than 3 times).  You can try a cool, wet washcloth and see if that helps.  Check his temperature again every 4-6 hours.  If I recall correctly, under the arm is one degree higher than under the tongue, or maybe one degree lower?, but either way it is not a high fever for a baby.

Hi there, for a baby 99.7 is not that high.  I would keep giving him the baby drops for fever.  Don't know what kind you have however Baby Advil is good.  What ever you had will be ok.
My son did the same
Keep an eye on him and call doc however I am sure he is ok at 99.7
