Advancement of HCV is considered by how much liver damage (fibrosis) has occurred as a result of having the virus. Your viral load of 6.7 mill. will not indicate that.
Only a  liver biopsy (or possibly a fibroscan)can  stage the current amount of fibrosis that has  or possibly "has not" happened
Are you being seen by a specialist ,who would discuss this with you as well as treatment options available for HCV.?

Good luck and welcome to the group.....

Not enough information to determine how advanced your Hep C is.  To my knowledge a liver biopsy is the only reliable way to determine the degree of damage HCV has caused your liver.  The lab numbers you provided tell you about your viral load and/or about the replication of HCV infected cells.  These numbers can vary significantly over time.  A single test is like taking a picture. It only provides information concerning viral replication at the time the blood was drawn.  It tells you nothing about tomorrow.
