hr,jmjm/all ?about suppliment

i was wondering if anyone has heard of a supp i believe is called mms.  i was told that it has good response for those with hepc and keeping the virus at bay.  i asked what the contents are of this and was told by the doctor who believes in this product that it contains 28% sodium chloride and 78% saline, water i believe.  was told that there is good response to this tx for those in third world countries and that the pharm are fighting the test of this tx because it works.  i am curious what you all think. since i was a good responder on my first tx and relapsed should i look into this suppl or should i just wait for the new drugs to come along.
thanks you all.  :O)

Sounds like you don't know what you're talking about rken. Sounds like you're trying to suggest that rcrandy's friend should take sodium chlorite to "cure" his/her hep c. That's hogwash, sodium chlorite will not cure hep C and I'd wager a hefty bet it won't cure dengue fever either. Sodium chlorite is related to sodium hypochlorite, which is BLEACH. Sodium chlorite is used as a bleaching agent in the industrialized production of paper. It's also used as a mouthwash ingredient. Are you suggesting that an industrial paper bleaching compound will cure hep C? Are you suggesting drinking mouthwash is going to cure hep C? Also, sodium chlorite is an oxidant, and as such it is potentially harmful to living cells. It's the opposite of an anti-oxidant. People take anti-oxidant supplements and eat foods naturally high in anti-oxidants to reduce the likelihood of developing cancer and to reduce the effects of aging. Are you suggesting they should start ingesting something that effectively does the opposite?

Like I said I don't know if it will cure Hep C.
What I do know is that it is being used around the world and a lot of people are ingesting it as we speak. It is used in a lot water treatment plants to purify drinking water. I know that it is used with live stock to kill samonalla  and e coli in there intestines and has reduced these both in there lymph tissue. It has been tested in both humans and animals for toxicity.. I do know there is a patent for using it to clean blood donations of hepetitis and HIV and well as other virusus and bacteria. Another one for curing fungus nail infections .  I'm not suggesting anything. You how ever are suggesting that I'm lying about being cured of Dengue within 24 hrs.  So I'm not suggesting anyone do anything except investigate with an open mind to new possibilities,

Why are you being so confrontational. All the information I have posted is base on scientific studies or us patents. Except for my statements that myself and one other person I know was cured of Dengue fever in 24 hrs. I have links to all the information. I would be happy to provide if anyone wants them. Thanks Rick

No, you don't know nor have any idea if it would cure hep C. So why are you responding to kcrandy's post basically insinuating it might cure hep C? You said "I have seen some posts that say they were cured on other forum" and you're trying to establish an analogy between hep C and dengue. There's no evidence of that whatsoever - NONE. This is a hep C forum, and kcrandy's friend has hep C, not dengue fever. And as to you having dengue fever, lets take a look at what you said:

"I took it prior to getting dengue also just to see what it does and to check it out for my wife who had dengue at the time. It didn't arrive in time for her to use. I took it for two weeks..."

and then...

"I got dengue fever and took 15 drop two times about an hr apart. Within 1 hr 60% of my symtoms were gone and they were totally gone within 24 hrs. A friend of mine had the same response."

I'm confused. If you took it before you got dengue fever, and it works as you claim, then why did you get dengue fever at all in the first place? And how can you be certain you had dengue fever at all? Maybe you just had a minor flu and it wasn't dengue? Same with your "friend" - he had dengue fever, but he just happened to have some sodium chlorite laying around beforehand and took some when he felt the 'ole dengue coming on? Boy that works out nicely huh? Your story is full of holes and inconsistencies and follows the usual anecdotal schpiel with "friends" and bogus cause and effect associations that we see so often on the internet.

"...it is being used around the world and a lot of people are ingesting it as we speak."

There's all kinds of harmful and useless substances that people ingest all over the world, all the time. That certaintly is no standard for establishing if something is suitable for curing hep C, or any other disease.

"It is used in a lot water treatment plants to purify drinking water."

So is bleach, and chlorine and alot of other poisonous substances. There's a long laundry list of biocidal substances that will kill viruses and bacteria - and yet if taken internally at sufficient concentrations, they will kill the host. If the concentration is lowered to sub-lethal levels, they become non-curative and pose long term serious health concerns (like cancer). This is the same tired old argument used for ozone, colloidal silver and a variety of other quackery scams. And also boiling drinking water safely kills bacteria and viruses. So does cooking food - does that mean we should cook ourselves in order to be cured of the virus? Using your logic, it DOES!

"Another one for curing fungus nail infections . I'm not suggesting anything."

Yes you are. You've registered and logged onto a hep C forum for the specific and exclusive purpose of suggesting that sodium chlorite might cure hep C. And you're stating directly that it did cure dengue fever in yourself and your "friend." You haven't provided any evidence of that whatsoever, and the reason you haven't done so is because none exists (other than your anecdotal baloney).

"You how ever are suggesting that I'm lying about being cured of Dengue within 24 hrs."

I'm not suggesting that you're lying. I don't know you at all. But here on this forum we get a lot of scammers drifting in and out all the time with stories (and profiles) very similar to yours. We also get honest, but misguided people who think they know something about non-conventional "medicine" that they really don't. Not always easy to distiniguish between the two, and frankly I don't really care in which category you fall. The bottom line is that MMC will not cure hep c, and ingesting sodium chlorite could possibly seriously injure someone by flooding their body with oxidizing agents.

"All the information I have posted is base on scientific studies or us patents."

Sure it is. And MMC is good for what ails you isnt't rken? It cured that cancerous growth on your arm (that you're not worried about), cured your dandruff, cured your acid reflux, cured your dengue fever and even cured your herpes (and yet you claim "I do not have any major health problems"). Do you know what snake oil salesman always say rken? What you say sounds just like what they say.

"I have links to all the information. I would be happy to provide if anyone wants them."

Oh I'm sure you do, and I'm sure you'd liked to be asked for those links wouldn't you?

I orignaly come to this site doing reseach for a friend of mine who has Hep c. My question to the membership which at this time I have not recieve one answer. While here I seached mms to see if any one had taken MMs and did it work for them. I stopped taking MMS after taking for 2 weeks as recommened in the protocal. i never said it was a prophalactic against anything. It was after that I got dengue. as far as dengue goes there is an epidemic of it thailand right now. right after  my wife got it, our friends daughter got it then our friend and then me. While at the hospital my wife mentioned the fact that I  had MMS and upon getting symtoms she came to my house to use some o the MMS I had on hand. 5 other people in our immediate area have gotten it. I'm sure based on the symtoms she and I had dengue. As for my wife and the daughter they were diagnosed in the hospital.

I have read of many cures for hep c using MMS and its being used today by doctors for this purpose. I personaly don't know of anyone it has cured. I no of a lot of people who have used it and there not dead. it hasn't killed one person. wish i could say the same for some other treatments.

I brought up the water treatment issue to show that it has been tested for toxicity. If you research its use in that one area you'll find that its a lot safer than any other chemical being used to purify drinking water. Chlorine interacts with other chemicals and produces carcinogins. chlorine dioxide doesn't. Most of India is switching to it in there water supplies for this very reason.

Chlorine as you say as far as i know is not a cure for fungal infections. Studies however do show that chlorine dioxide does after only 3 to 5 treatments of 1 hr.

I never said the thing on my arm was cancer. never had it checked. I never said that it cured my herpes. I said it was a wait and see thing.

Studies with animals say that it does not harm intestinal flora. Other studies show that it is non reactive to healthy body cells. You are obviously well intentioned looking out for your friends. I can appreciate that. but your friend is the one who asked. i did not start the post. I just responded with my experience using MMS. So shoot me and call me a snake oil salesman. I has no commercial interests in MMS. I bought the chemical and mixed it myself per directions. I have not made any profits from the sale of MMS. It cost me about 3usd for a 4oz bottle that will last me about a year. That is until all the Thai's find out that it cures dengue. then it might be only a week or two.

I don't care if you ask for the links or not. I just want to back up my posts with facts if necessary.

I don't care if you ever use MMS. In fact just the opposite.

Now I will share my question with you that I came to ask as it relates to my friend with Hep C. As soon I get an answer I will dissapear from this site never to be heard from again. more than just one I would hope. So here goes. Your can check the time on my post and and the time I posted the question.

How soon are most people tested after starting tx and do there lft numbers usualy go up the 1st week or two. I was wonder if not why. It seems like they would go up to start with because treatment results in the death of infected liver cells. It seems this would raise the LFT levels in the beginning. Thanks Rick

Good luck to you all on your treatment program. As far I'm concerned You need not reply to this post as I will not reply to yours. you have accused me of lying and being a snake oil sales man. I think its called flaming.

i can see quite a heated dispute in progress here but sadly, I am too tired to follow the myriad details of the discussion. it did somehow stir up memories of the controversial issues in that marvelous post-modern novel The Calcutta Chromosome by Amitav Gosh.

Interestingly and with no intended bias or consideration of bleach's toxicity to the human body, I noticed that Dr. Dietrich posted the following response about bleach recently:

"I inherited some of my aunts pierced earrings, she had Hepatitis C. Will soaking them in alcohol kill all the germs from her illness? How long should I soak them?

Agree. Bleach is the best antiviral there is!

So just maybe bleach in the tiniest dose is a cheap alternative to killing viruses if it doesn't kill you as well. Read the Calcutta Chromosome before expressing a dogmatic belief in one system or another. That said, I personally opted for expensive Western medical treatment but am not deluded into self-righteousness about it, knowing how short it falls in most cases.
