Okay... I am "stupid" as to this site... help please

I don't know which "forem" to use.  I don't know how to "track".  I don't know anything, apparently... I have been diagnosed w/ Hep C.  A very kind person told me to use the "Hepatitis C" forem instead of the "Hepatitis Social Forem"... I still cannot find out how to "navigate" on this site; so, I admit I'm "stupid"... But, I need help...  I guess I am the only one who cannot figure out how to post, get replies, etc... I'm so frustrated...  BTW... what's a "tag"?  I'm lucky I can do FaceBook... even then, I'm not "up to speed"... I feel so frustrated and alone.. I'm sorry.. I do not know where to go, what "forem" to use... how to "post" or "reply"... Like I'm not sick enough, already... Yeah, I'm "stupid"... But I'm sick and between having Fibromyalgia, CFS, and Hepatitis C; I'm about to "lose it"... If anyone reads this... PLEASE, PLEASE give me some "heads up"... Thank you so much.  God, I'm so frustrated and feel so stupid...

Okay, one more time.

If you can read this, go down to the box just below my writing.

Put your mouse pointer over the box and make sure the cursor is blinking in the square.

Type me a short message.

Click on the green 'post a comment' button to send the reply.

Take your time, there's no hurry.

You are posting correctly.  A couple of people responded to your first post earlier today, and I am responding to this post.  You are on the right forum, since you've been diagnosed with Hep C.  This forum is called Hep C community and it is primarily made up of people who have been diagnosed with Hep C or have a friend or a family member diagnosed with Hep C.  To post, you do exactly what you've already done twice, type in a question and click submit.  To read your posts and the responses from others, just go to the Hep C community forum and click on your post.  The responses will be down below (scroll down) your post.  Don't worry about "tags".  Tags are just words that people attach to their journals so that if someone is searching specific information, they can find it easily in someone else's journal.  To go back to your homepage or your profile, just go to the upper right hand part of the website and click on My Medhelp.  If you hold your cursor over My MedHelp for a second or two, Home will pop up and you can click on that.  Or Profile.  Either will take you back to your home page.  There you will find notes that people may have sent you.  You will find an area where you can create a journal and post it for the forum members to read if you want to.
Let us know if you need more help.
This is a great forum and you can learn a lot and get support here.

Okay, take it easy; one thing at a time.

Try this-- answer me by clicking on the green box right below that says, "post a comment".

Welcome to the discussion group, by the way!
