You just finished ! It takes 4 weeks before our blood work begins to normalize.
However I know the feeling.
You think as soon as you cross the finish line, you're done.
And you are except for the time it takes for our bodies to get rid of the meds and readust itself.

I had various post tx side effects~ headaches, digestive issues and continued snippiness okay, a bad attitude.
Although I kept thinking I was better because I hadn't taken a nap in a couple of weeks, or I had more stamina, now I can say it took a good three months to really feel like myself again.

Eat well, exercise, drink water and be patient.
Good luck~

I was still a mess or the first 2 weeks post.  Stayed in bed for the most part.  After two weeks I started improving each week.  Hang in there.  The taste started going away after 4 weeks post for me.  It takes time to get back to feeling good.  Avoid sick people, drink water, try to walk and exercise as you can.  Hope you feel better soon.

Congrats on finishing tx and being UND at 4 weeks.  Sorry you're not feeling good at the moment, but do try to be patient.  It's been only a little more than a week since eot and it will take some time to recover.  These sides should taper off over the next few weeks and hopefully you feel better by the end of one month, and continue to improve from there.  Continue to drink plenty of water as mentioned above and try to get some light exercise if you're feeling up to it.  Continue to moniter your cbc's until they return to normal.  Good luck.on the 3 month PCR.

Sorry you are feeling so bad. I treated for 18 weeks once and it took a long time for me to bounce back. Hopefully others will post and share how they got it together EOT.

Hang in there. It is going to take a while for things to fall into place personally, physically and definitely in a relationship. You made it this far tho.

Hoping and praying SVR for you!
