The package inserts for interferon/ribavirin indicate that tx may increase glucose levels and I believe it even states that it can cause diabetes. My own experience has been that there is not a big impact on fasting or post prandial readings but I would suggest that you carefully monitor your glucose levels because everyone reacts to these drugs differently.
