Was curious about your drop in hemoglobin from pre-treatment. Your drop looks normal and predictable. You do understand that most of us here aren't medical professionals and everything should be gone over with your doc.

Your ALT is a little lower since you started treating. This is positive but difficult to read too much into it. The important thing in this regard will be the results of your viral load test. BTW you didn't list your pre-treatment hemoglobin (hgb) value.

ALT is the most important one. Do you know what it was pre-treatment? As to the "neuts", different docs have different intervention points. My medical team is rarely concerned with low neuts per studies suggesting no correlation between low neuts and infections caused by interferon. My abs neuts dropped to 320 and I continued on full meds without any helper drugs.

Looks quite normal for treatment to me. Your enzymes have normalized (assuming they were elevated pre-treatment) so hopefully that signals you will be UND when your viral load results are in. Good luck!
