My husband passed away Oct 24, but it had nothing to do with the treatment. I really dont know what happened, other than the hospital telling me his red blood cells where not flowing thru his intestions good and it caused part of his intestions to  die and it made a hole and all the poison came out of them. I am in so much shock and still cant believe he will never be here with me again. I dont know any of you personally but when I would read your post I felt like I was a part of you. You helped me so much with all the information, and I wanted to tell everyone thank you.

he did have cirrhosis, and no I dont have hep c. he also had hemochromotosis, (or ever how you spell it.) that is where you have to much iron in your body. He was also insulin depended. I dont know what all happened to him but I am so lost with out him. My whole world that I knew is gone.. His blood work the week before he passed away showed his platelets were low and his red and whilte blood count was boarder line low. We were waiting for the prescription to come in so he could raise his red blood count. But they called to set up a delivery the day after he passed away.
