travelling with meds???

Hi guys
wondered if you all know the best way for me to travel from ontario to newfoundland while on treatment, meaning, should i pack my pegetron and drive with it .,.. or try to ship it out there to meet me.
we will bein the car 48-72 hours, and i am worried that even with ice and cooler the temperature will  not be constant enough, compromising the medication?
in canada i have to buy the injections in four packs, and as i am only going for 10 days- i only need ONE while IN newfoundland, so do not want to buy it from the pharmacy in newfoundland, as i will have the same problem on the way back.
thanks all
