All the best to you going forward. I treated for quite a while myself with the two PEG IFN’s, and eventually achieved SVR; in my opinion, it’s well worth the battle. Hang in there, and let us know the outcome, eh? While you’re at it, sign in to the 72 week club if you like:

I wish you all best for the rest of your treatment!
Isn't it interesting how our staples in life change when we're on treatment. I used to show up to work with a Starbucks in hand and, now that I'm on treatment, I show up with a bag of goodies such as benadryl, lotions, Tylenol, ointments, etc. :) Anything to keep us going.
Keep up the great progress!!
Wow...you are my hcv hero for the week....or month...
Many regards, MUCHO respect, and wishes for all the best for the rest of your life ! You deserve it after this.

Thanks for the encouraging words, folks, I really do appreciate it.
I'm actually in a pretty good groove, all things considered. I'm still working (barely), and have all the coping mechanisms in place. Lots of benedryl and gold bond, procrit, and an occasional blood transfusion.
I'm bound and determined to get through this without a dose reduction.
Regards,
Neptune
Wow! Respect!
Wishing you all the best and praying for your SVR!!!!

As a fellow super late responder (week 28), I am really, really rooting for you. It is a rough ride but we will make it through one day at a time and we will SVR.

Man oh man. 80 weeks on Infergen? Hang in there while the medicine that is making you so sick is busy rooting out that last viable viral particle. We extenders are winning the battle more and more. Let us know when your test comes back. I'm sending good vibes your way.
