I spent a lot of the weekend watching holiday films, back to back, I love feel good movies!
To date I have two favorites, ok maybe three or 4, I was wondering who else has some favorites?
Old Movies "It's a wonderful life"
New Movies "Polar Express" or "Elf" that movie cracks me up!

Any advice about moviegoing tomorrow? Was supposed to see one today but hubby wanted to see the James Bond, so I said I had a headache!
All right, tomorrow I'll compromise and go with him. Anything else worth trying to talk him into?

After thinking about it over the past few days, I had my daughter put it on the Netflix list again.
I am watching "the bells of St. Mary" not really a christmas movie, but i just love it!!!

Yes, it is. We have a Netflix subscription and it was on of my kids 'throw ins' on the list. It was great. You can google the title or look it up on IMDB (one of my favorite websites) to get a synopsis.
You've got to see Joyeux Noël. I've never seen it listed on a cable channel, so it probably must be rented. Really makes you stop and think and reflect.
I didn't see that one, sounds so good though! I did see one with Patty Duke, that made me cry!

"Wonderful Life' really helps explain the economic situation happening today... er, well sort of....
I saw "Silent Night" on the hallmark channell last week. About a German mother/son who live in a cabin at the end of the war, when both US and German forces end up taking shelter there on Christmas Eve.... Made me cry.

Oh was it hallmark this weekend? i saw that forget the name! was so good! The little boy who lives with his aunties and a uncle? Patty Duke was in it? They sen dhim to military school, but the one aunty an dhim are so close?
