Where is JmJm530?

He last posted in June and said that he would stay off until his tendinitis went away.  Many people leave the forum once they reach SVR, but jmjm was actively involved and very helpful.  I guess I thought he would be around for a while.

I think he is sorely missed.

Sorry for that last post.  I did not mean to address that to you.

Thank you for pointing out how this place used to be before all the back biting and nasty behavior started.

Many people have said the place changed after the political thread that I started got so heated.

Here is a thread about one of the good guys on the forum and look what happened.  There is clearly a lot of anger here on the part of many people.  Those that seem to heap blame, should ask themselves what there involvement is

I had hoped this would be a tribute to Jim, not a fight.

Jim was the pinnacle of what makes these boards work IMHO.  He was prolific, one of the most informed, wise, funny and a great writer.

He had a human side too, as was evidenced by his walk on the wild side with inflatables or obsessive tendencies with mattress selection.

A great human being, a prodigious poster and sage writer.

Merry Christmas Jim, if you ever get to reading this.

Tendonitis wasn't Jim's "excuse" it was his "reason".  Don't recall anything Jim ever did that would warrant anyone thinking he was anything other than straight up on that.

Last I heard, Jim was busy with things that took him far away from computers. He went through a tough time with, and because of, treatment and it's good to think of him enjoying life.  Definitely missed.
