Fatty Tumors

I've had more fatty tumors than normal.  Has anyone
else had these besides Molly?

Hi!

Nothing to do with hep C. The tendency to develop them is inherited. Yes, they have nothing to do with being overweight.

"What is a lipoma?

A lipoma is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin. Lipomas are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time. Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth."

I would have to go back and get past surgery reports.  I have
read in those reports that I have deep fatty tumors.  One once
poked out by my liver and I had it removed.  I have had breast
cancer, gallbladder removed, etc.   I'm not fat and very active.
I have questioned if this has something to do with Hep C.  I just
had this fatty tumor by my liver removed last year.

Please post the more information including the diagnostic report.

"Fatty tumors"? Do you mean Lipoma?

Thanks.
