9 weeks post exposure hsv2?

I had protected oral and vaginal sex from a stripper nearly 10 weeks back.  Tested for chlaymidya and Ghon at 1 week and negative.  Had full panel STI test including PCR RNA for HIV, urethral swabs for basically everything and all negative.  At Week 5 I had blood work done again for HSV11 Igg, HIV duo and Syphilis and all negative.  At week 6 I started to get a tingling sensation in my penis tip no burning or discomfort when I peed.  This has continued, I then had itching and almost burning sensation in my groin and then scrotum.  I then thought I saw tiny spots on my penis head on the foreskin.  Got swabs done and examination, Dr confident it was not herpes and the swab pcr culture confirmed.  Now nearly at week 10 and the discomfort in my urethra remains.  I had microscopic spots on my penis head on the foreskin but they just seemed to disappear.  I’ve had lower back pain deferring to my legs but not for any length of time.  I have been having a huge guilt complex over this episode and suffered huge bouts of anxiety.  Could my symptoms be HSV 2? Would it show up so late?

It could be doormat for years and never have an outbreak that’s why most people don’t know they have it because reg std tests don’t test for having you need to specifically ask for that test separate

Thanks for your answer, I did ask for it separately, both PCR swab and igg blood test.
Goodluck!!
I don't think you have it. The fact that you used a condom makes your chances even smaller. Sometimes anxiety can get the best of us.
