Another Massage Parlor Case

Please help,

I am a 25 year old male and 6 days ago I went to a massage parlor. The place was really not very clean, and the massage therapist roughly rubbed between my thighs and buttocks and gave me a hand job to climax. Immediately after my whole body was itchy. The next day my penis and testicles were itchy and red. That night I felt like I had a fever. Then after the third day I had a dull pain in my lower abdomen and testicles, felt sick, and my legs had a dull pain. I went to the hospital and they gave me some antibiotics after a urine test. On the fourth and fifth day the dull pain in my lower abdomen was at its worst, even after a day of antibiotics and my legs hurt. My body felt itchy and I had an itchy feeling around my eyes, penis head, and buttocks just like I usually have on my lips before I get a cold sore. Could a bacterial infection cause these symptoms?

Now 6th day I went to hospital and requested a blood HSV 1 and 2 PCR. The reason is because the pain in my abdomen and legs was so much like what I read about on the internet for primary HSV 2 infection.

Could these symptoms be caused by something else? The final urine test didn't show excessive amounts of bacteria. Could HPV cause these initial symptoms? Can I have the initial internal symptoms without a visible outbreak?

I am abroad and have a girlfriend back home and I told her and I think we are going to break up. I just don't want to put her at risk. What can I do from here?

pcr testing on blood for herpes is completely useless. you totally wasted your time and money on that. herpes is not blood borne.  we only use pcr on lesions and body fluids for herpes testing.

I got the PCR test on my blood. How long will it take for HSV2 to show on blood PCR?

I have no lesions or sores of any type, and I am just today starting to feel better. Last night I awoke with a fever and was drenched in sweat and my internal abdominal pain was less but the skin around my genitals was burning.

I have really not been feeling well for the past 4 days, barely have gotten out of bed and have eaten practically nothing. I just want to feel normal and clean again. I feel so stupid. I will never do that again.

all over body itching is most likely from the massage oil they used at the place you were at. that can get rubbed into the urethra too and cause irritation.

what exactly did you get pcr tested for herpes?  did you have lesions to get tested?  

no, this isn't hpv going on.

this was not a risk for std's.  you won't get herpes from a hand job.  you can get hpv from it but the risk of that is incredibly low too.  whatever is going on, it's not std related.
