Herpes symptoms?

I'm a 35 y.o. male.  In late January, I was given unprotected oral sex by a woman ( random, one night) for no more than 5 minutes.  After a day or 2, I started to experience a burning/tingling sensation on my penis for the next 3 weeks or so, with no blisters or sores.  I went to a urologist, and he seemed to think it was all in my head and said i had nothing to worry about.  The sensations then went away soon after.  3 months later I started to experience the mild burning sensation again for the past 2 weeks, with no visible sores.   Does this sound like genital herpes?

you would've had lesions to go along with your pain if this was herpes related.

I tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and prostatitis.  Although I have had prostatitis in the past.  Would blisters, sores typically accompany the burning sensation if it was herpes?

this doesn't sound at all like genital herpes.

did your urologist do any urine testing when you were seen? were you tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, ngu and have a prostate exam?
