Asymptomatic transmission

I wanted to find out some info on the rates of transmitting HSV 2 from a female to a male,  when the female has NEVER  had any herpes symptoms, 3 years after diagnosis.  I work in the healthcare field, so I am very knowledgeable of what to look for with symptoms;  I am not the type to have a symptom and not recognize it.

What would the transmission rates be if a condom and Valtrex were used consistently, at all times ?  It seems all the transmission info out there is based on people who have a symptomatic infection.

Also on average, asymptomatic shedding has been shown not to differ between those that have outbreaks and those that don't. Individuals vary and some hardly shed at all.

Hi, rates are rates but if you concerned youve contracted herpes then testing is really the only conclusive answer to your question.
