Herpes?

I had two night stands with two different guys over three months ago. One on the 14th of March and one on the 22nd. I started getting fluey symptoms and diarrhea by the 28th of March if I recall. I never get sick so I stupidly started Googling and back then I was unfortunate enough to start matching symptoms with HIV. I automatically freaked out. Got tested at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks - all negative thank god! But over the last 3 - 4 months I have been feeling so run down. Muscle aches/twitches. I had a few mouth ulcers which I put down to stress. But I also started getting pimples on my face, upper and lower back and legs. I rarely ever get pimples. And I've also had an itchy labia/clit for about a month now. I've had four doctors examine me down there and my pimples and all say it's not herpes. I did take an IGG HSV1 and HSV2 blood test a month ago (12 weeks since last potential exposure) and it was negative. I've never had a typical cold sore on my lip ever (as a child or now) and no ulcers down there. I'm thinking I should get retested because I've started a new relationship with someone and want to know for sure I'm okay. Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

Hi, your risk was low and testing negative at the 12 week mark would be conclusive and no futher testing needed.

Also it was protected intercourse with both but unprotected oral sex on me and them unfotunately. I was so stupid! You always think wear a condom for intercourse and you will be fine. Never think about the dangers of oral sex...
