Can you get herpes whitlow if saliva lands on you finger on a open skin

I had given a stranger my black and mild to take a puff when I took it back if my finger had a open skin could I have contracted herpes from a drop of spit on the tip of the cigar and I developed a bump like thing 1 day and 13 hours later dont no iv it's from something else or not can whitlow develop that fast I also have a low white blood count if that effects it

No, it wouldn't develop this fast.

Given that you have a low white blood count, it's really important (especially if this is a chronic condition) that you don't share your cigars, drinks, utensils, etc. (It's important for everyone, but really important for you.) It's really easy to transmit colds, flus, strep, meningitis, mumps, mononucleosis, etc., when you share these things. Yes, herpes is one of them, but other illnesses would be far more dangerous for you.
