Can Lupus falsely result in positive Herpes?

I've been diagnosed with lupus 2013, I go each year to get std checked and recently last year in December I came back positive chylamydia. I went to go get retested for std to make sure it was all cleared up before I started seeing someone new. I was confirmed std free three weeks ago and after sleeping with the current boyfriend I wasn't feeling well. I got another std check and came back positive hsv-2. Can is be possible that my lupus interfere with the results causing it a false positive hsv-2?

What test did they give (igg or igm) and what was the numeric value of the positive. If you don't know, you need to find out the exact testing and results. This is very important.
