I have met some escorts over the past year and to “play it safe” I leave my underwear on while the woman grinds on me and dry humps until I finish in my underwear. I have recently been told this could spread HSV-2. Is this true? Even if theoretically possible, is it likely? Thank you for your help.
You won't get hsv through underwear. It's a skin to skin transmission so this is no risk.
