Help me, herpes or not?

Hello, about 4 months ago I was with a prostitute,use condoms, only vaginal act, a month later i was with a friend, with condom only vaginal act, shortly after I felt a burning in the penis when I rubbed to bathe beneath the glans, I went to the family doctor told me it could be herpes, I went to a urologist for a second opinion I commented that it was balanitis and probably herpes, I Realize studies to herpes I and II, both the lgg as lgm were negative, (this was 5 weeks after the first contact with the sexual servant and 12 days after contact with my friend), the urologist told me that another test was not necessary to forget about herpes, and take the results with my family doctor which told me the same thing, but I read on the internet about the window period, and not to think, indeed other proof is needed? if so, I would do the test on Monday 5, 92 days later, which is 13 weeks after my last sexual contact with my friend, if the results are negative, these are conclusive? I have an infection and was prescribed azithromycin and diclofenac, these drugs can affect the outcome of the analysis ?, please help ..

The lab test is much more reliable than symptoms or a doctor's opinion. When you get the negative result, you can believe it and move on.

Hello. for peace of mind I decided to have other tests just three months after exposure and these are the results

anti-herpes simplex 1 IgG antibodies: .06 index

reference value
                                                                                                    negative  = 1.00

anti-herpes simplex 1 IgM antibodies: .56 index

reference value                                                                            negative  = 1.00

anti-herpes simplex 2 IgG antibodies: .1 index

reference value
                                                                                                    negative  = 1.00

anti-herpes simplex 2 IgM antibodies: .54 index

reference value
                                                                                                    negative  = 1.00

these results are negative? are conclusive?

all this apart from my family doctor and my urologist thought it was herpes before I studies, not if at first could give a misdiagnosis or if my symptoms could be similar to those of genital herpes

honestly makes me nervous because the subject of the window period and possible false negatives , as my analysis were negative after twelve days of my last sexual contact, that's why I 'm worried . never actually present blisters or pus or scabs , only itching , sores on the penis and just stung when I rubbed with fingers to bathe

As discussed in your other thread, this was a low risk exposure for herpes and your symptoms were not typical for herpes. Even without testing, you could be sure you didn't have it. In other words, your urologist was right. (Why are you having trouble believing him??)

So most experts would not have recommended testing. But you can expect a negative result at 92 days. When you get that result, you can rely on it. There are no antibiotics or other medicines that have any effect on HSV blood tests.
