Glans Sensitivity? HSV Related?

Hello,
For the last 2 days i've been dealing with a sensitive area on the carona of my glans. Popped up on its own, perhaps following masturbation. It only hurts when rubbed, and is only in one specific area on the carona. Does this sound like its related to HSV? I've had concerns / lesions in the past, which is what leads me to make this association. However, those lesions typically do not cause pain. up until this point all HSV tests have returned negative (swab and blood). I'm uncircumcised, and have been relatively unhygienic (noticed shmegma buildup), if it makes a difference. Looking for honest advice, not false reassurance!
Thanks.

Hi, yourve been asking herpes related questions for 2 years now and always test negative so not sure what more we can advise. You dont have herpes if your test for the past 2 years are negative.
