Are these symptoms of herpes? Please help!

I am a 24 year old uncircumcised male.

This situation is:
11/22 night and 11/23 morning: unprotected sex-vaginal penetration, and oral sex performed on either person
11/24 night and 11/25 morning: exactly the same sexual encounter
11/25 night: rough oral sex performed on me only
11/26 morning: slight itching and redness/rash on head of penis and inside of foreskin.
11/26 night: pin sized white/slightly red bumps start to appear on penis head, inside of foreskin, and especially around the corona area which itch more and more. I am able to remove these bumps by simply wiping them away  with a bit of tissue paper in the bathroom which only increases the itching but does not burn like I've hear a primary outbreak can burn when touching these lesions (in my case they are removed then clear away, not scab over). These bumps never clustered or overlapped one another, but in a way grid themselves around the underside of my penis head, towards the urethra, and especially around the corona. I bought Lamisil from the drug store and apply it to these areas 3-4 times a day.
11/27-11/29: I have developed a rawness in between my thighs and my genitals area which is a red line and pretty sore as well as one pimple on the inner part of my thigh but not in the crease/valley between my thigh and genitals however if my penis lays on that side of my thigh the head just about touches where this pimple is. The pimple is raised and red and hard, and does have a head where a little bit of puss comes out when I push on it but it is not exactly in the center of the top of the pimple but rather a little off the the side (but still on the raised part). Both the rawness in the crease of the thigh and this pimple hurt to the touch and burn. The itching has begun to subside on the head of my penis and inside of foreskin and the bumps have now almost all disappeared along with the redness on the penis head and inside of the foreskin. there are only around 2-3 little bumps on my penis left and I am still taking Lamisil.

My questions thus are:
-Is this timeline accurate to see signs of herpes as a primary outbreak or a dormant kind in which I am having a "flare-up" or something?
-Are the symptoms and timeline above signs of herpes or balanitis?
-What does it mean that it has taken three-4 days for all of these little bumps to go away using an anti-fungal cream? In the case that this may be a fungus from oral sex or vaginal penetration, could the bacteria from the head of my penis have gotten onto my thigh and caused this pimple or is this another symptom of herpes?
-Since my partner and I performed unprotected sex, then oral sex, then kissed, but I do not have any signs of a cold sore, could this be dormant or the timeline isn't long enough to show signs of a coldsore yet?

I must also add that similar pimples around the head of the penis and corona have appeared like this before in the case of masturbation without washing afterwards, lacking in shower for a few days/wearing the same underwear for a few days, and in one instance appeared the next morning after a really vigorous night of dancing in which I was very sweaty and just went straight to bed when I got home.

I am sorry for the long-winded explanation but I am very worried due to the multiple dimensions of our sexual encounter and suddenness of the redness on the head of my penis as well as this thigh pimple. If this timeline is not understandable or you have any questions please let me know and I will answer ASAP!

Thank you doctor!

I would just like to ask a followup question here, if this thread may be reactivated with even more concern.
Around one day after this irritant on my penis head, especially around the corona and under the foreskin cleared, I stopped using the Lamisil and all signs both appearance and itch on and around my genitals were gone. The pimple/boil on my right thigh has begun to heal as well.

12/1 I woke up with what felt like a beginning of a sinus infection, with swollen sinuses and a headache and sore throat. I took a nasal spray three times throughout the day, pain relievers, and vitamin C. By the end of the day the symptoms were gone. However today (12/4) I have a sore throat again, but not pressure in my sinuses.

I had sex again on with the same partner on 12/1 night and 12/2 morning. That morning, we had very long penetrative sex which hurt a little due to the friction and time. When we stopped having sex the crease/valley between my genitals and my thighs were already feeling sore. I cleaned my penis off.
12/3 afternoon I noticed the little white bumps have reappeared but this time more central to the corona and one side of the head of my penis. I bought Lotramin Ultra and placed it on, and went to bed. This morning upon showering I noticed the area of very small white bumps have not clustered into three much larger bumps but are not more flesh toned than they are white. They are not able to be brushed away like the last time when they were all small.

I have not had any itching or burning besides the crease between my thighs and genitals where I feel like there was a lot of friction. My partner too has expressed that she was tested negative and even wants to do another test soon, which leads me to believe her when she tells me she is negative.

I am going into the doctor tomorrow but until then I think I have never been so stressed in my life. Some questions I have are:
-If I just contracted herpes, I am not showing all of the usual signs of an initial outbreak. Yes, the sore throat could be an indication, but nothing burns or itches.
-If this is an initial outbreak, could it been that my first concern within this post around 5 days ago was just a skin irritation with this new development truly being an initial outbreak (i read that the virus is dormant for around one to two weeks before outbreak).
-I preformed oral sex on my partner but thus have not shown any signs of a cold sore or symptoms to my knowledge, could the timeline be the same between hsv1 ad 2?
-Is this not herpes, and maybe instead warts, or another STI? Does anyone see these symptoms as something else?

Thank you, I really hope to feel some clarity until my doctor visit in one day!

It doesn't fit classic balanitis but I do agree you have some irritant going on. Some people are just react ro light trauma. I would get it looked at next time it comes on. Herpes isn't the problem. That I'm very confident of

Your symptoms came on to quickly to be hsv. None of this sounds like herpes.

Feelingundone, thank you for your timely response, this has really helped me feel better as I was really stressed...I have read a lot on the internet about balanitis, and I'm wondering due to the recurrent symptoms such as the little bumps on my penis head and corona and itching after masturbation or poor hygiene, do you believe the case could be that I have episodes of balanitis instead?
