Redness on penis urethra and rash on penis head

Hello

Very recently a red rash has appeared on the head of my penis and shortly after around the urethra and It has also become swollen and It has a very slight burning sensation to It (not much though), I am 18 years old and a virgin, I have never had sex In my life nor vaginal, anal or oral but I was masturbating the other day with a friend of mine and we both used the same condom, he used It first and then gave It to me, I think some of his sperm may have come In contact with my penis head, I can post pictures of the affected area If neccessary.

of course it would get worse after masturbation as adds to the irritation! stop and let it heal!

Hi, no pics are necessary and it would appear you have irritated the head from the act itself. Sometimes condoms can cause a friction burn.
