Could I have given myself genital herpes through object contact?!

I have a horrible yeast infection that has left me with irritation and abrasions, my gyn prescribed a topical cream.
Today I went to the gym with a friend who currently has a cold sore. I don't remember if I touched anything she touched before going to the restroom. In the restroom I did my business and then applied the cream, I forgot to wash my hands before hand (I am dumb).
What are the odds of getting hsv from touching the same thing as a friend who has a cold sore and then 5 or 10 mins later applying topical cream on my hurt genitals?
*FTR I too have had oral hsv1 since I was 13.

It not low its zero from how your describing the transfer also since you have hsv1 long term that would make you basicly immine to contracting it anyway.

So the chance of autoinoculation is low?
How long would the virus survive on my fingers or on the object?
My vagina has abrasions, that's why I'm worried. I'm hoping I've built up enough immunity against it since I've had it for 8 years now but I'm still uncertain because of the abrasions.
