Hello Everyone,
Just recently had unprotected oral and vaginal sex on 11/26/2016. The next day, sometime later in the afternoon I began to feel what I can only explain as pressure build up in my shaft, almost as if I had to pee but could not. Not too long ago I had what I believe to be my first UTI, as I got a full test screening and everything came back negative. For the past couple of days I felt the same symptoms of the UTI, no pain or burning when I urinate as well. I went to the doctors Tuesday and did another full screen. My urine had no blood, a little protein, everything looked good. My physician told me my urine was slightly orange in color (if that means anything). Late Wednesday night I put non-fat plain yogurt all over my genitals thinking it might be a yeast infection of some kind. This did provide some relief as everything felt normal for a while. Today I found out I have tested negative for both gonorrhea and chlamydia, but still waiting on my blood work. Last night after I washed off the yogurt I began to feel more of a stinging/burning sensation on my Urethra. All day today it has been more of a burning/pin-needle feeling rather than I need to pee (the pain is not excruciating by any means, just uncomfortable). Of course my anxiety spread wild and I hit the web. Today I looked inside my Urethra and from what I can tell it looks red (almost blistery if you will) on one side and one side of the meatus looks slightly pink and swollen. Also, I masturbated today and after ejaculation about 30 minutes or so I felt more of a burning sensation in my genitals. I am HPV positive, as I have had genital warts before. I will be doing a swab/culture test tomorrow, but waiting until next week will be the death of me. Over the past few weeks leading up to this I have been on a bit of a binder (personal issues) and I have been drinking heavily, partaking in drugs (cocaine), not getting much sleep, and not eating well.
Any comments? Does this sound like Herpes? Would it present itself so quickly? Please comment, it's much appreciated.
