It could be a false positive but at this point you'll need to wait and retest and then go from there.
Meanwhile be taking precautions as if you do have hsv2 until you confirm your status more. If you have a regular partner, they should be tested now to see what their status is.

So having a 3.6 is still a low positive? There is a chance, I might not have herpes? Because on the test it said HSV-2- 3.6 High. 1.91 is positive.
At this point I recommend waiting and repeating your blood test at the 4 month post exposure mark. Post your results then and I can help you see if you need additional testing or not after that. Your hsv2 igg is still a low positive but since it might possibly be a recently acquired infection it's best at this point to just wait and repeat it in a few weeks.

My results for the test are that HIV- non recative
Hsv-1 Igg- Less than 0.91
HSV-2 IgG- 3.6
Could I have produced that many anitbodies in 6 weeks? That was the only sexual contact I ever had.
If you've never posted your blood test results here for us to look at, get a copy of them and post them here - ie hsv1 igg 8. 3 and hsv2 igg 4. 1 or whatever they are. That way we can see if you need additional confirmatory testing or not.
getting a blood test 6 weeks after possible infection/symptoms isn't helpful in narrowing down if it was recently acquired or not. Many folks will test + on the blood tests within that time period. if you were never tested for herpes before, no way to know when you contracted it.
