Can significant stomach pain be a symptom of herpes?

23 year old female had sex with hsv1 (genital) partner.  Protected for the most part but one quick penis insertion before condom.  infected male partner is on daily suppressive therapy acyclovir and always uses condoms except this one incident.  Since then female has had recurring stomach pain a couple times per month.  Could that be herpes?
