Is it herpes or Gono or Chlamydia or what

Dear all,

I had a protected sex with a CSW 10 months back. The sex worker told me she performed oral for another client just 10 minutes back. During the intercourse, i kissed the girl (peck on the lips, no exchange of saliva). Thats where it all started to ruin my life.

Symptoms:

1. After 3 days i started having tingling on my lips and a week after exposure, i have developed an ulcer along with 4 pinhead red dots inside my mouth (behind chin). The ulcer was not painful and healed within 3-4 days. 1 month from exposure i developed ulcer/pimple in my anorectal region which was discharged and healed in 2-3 days without any medication.

*** 2. Now i have Sore throat for 9 months, there was no discomfort but i tried lot of antibiotic which is of no help. There are 2 white spots on my tonsil and white patched all over on the back of my throat.

Diagnosis:
=========
9 months after exposure, I have tested for HIV 1&2, HSV 1 &2, Hep B and Syphillis.

The results for all tests were  NEGATIVE.

Impact on family:
=============
1 month after my exposure to CSW, my child was admitted in hospital for spiking fever over 104 degrees with additional symptom of Lip redness (inflammation).
My wife started having nipple discharge and 1 episode of unusual skin redness, pinhead red dots and paper cuts on her chest region. She said there was no pain or irritation, it was healed with some cream provided by a Dermatologist.

MY QUESTIONS ARE:

1. What type of throat infection i have, is it herpes, Gono, Chlamydia, mono, EBV or something else.
2. I was thinking, during sex with my wife i might have infected her chest as i have some kind of throat infection.
3. What type of test should i do to get the right diagnosis?

I am very much worried because i do not know what type of infection i have. Do not know what type of medical attention i need. Please help me to understand about this infection for early treatment.

your wife needs to be following up on her symptoms. no reason to think std's from her symptoms either.

Correction..

She also has nipple discharge on and off.. 

I am scared it is because of some viral infection I gave it to her..

I wake up every morning with fear thing that she will complain/notice something abnormal..

Recently, my wife developed some kind of skin irritation and  redness in the middle of chest.. She also has before discharge on and off..

Is it possible to infect her if I have some kind of throat infection?
Please, I request your opinion..

no std will cause a sore throat for 10 months.  at this point you shouldn't be thinking std's. follow up with an ENT specialist.
