Possible symptoms of herpes after an unwanted encounter

Okay so I was recently at a bachelor party for the weekend and on our first night (Thursday) we decided to head to a local bar area for some drinks. One thing leads to another and I've become quite intoxicated and have been separated from the group only to wake up in the passenger seat of a strange mans car with a vague memory of said man or someone else attempting (succeeding?) at giving me oral. I'm going to assume that is all that possibly happened as me anus wasn't sore the next day (I'm straight so I'd assume I would notice that) I get myself out of the situation and back to our place and just head to bed.

In the morning (Friday) I awake and just laugh it off hoping that part was just a dream. Later that day my penis starts to itch right at the tip and i eventually feel like I'm always holding back pee. This occurs for about 4 days and on Monday I start to feel some itching behind my scrotum and around my anus. I'm also feeling a bit exhausted but then again i spent 4 days straight staying up late and drinking so that's to be expected and went away after a good nights rest. The following morning (Tuesday) I went to a clinic and the itching was a lot worse and more of a burn around the anus only. The doctor had me take a test for HIV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. The doctor also examined me but said there were no rashes or irritation and that I may just have some form of heat rash or jock itch (I was in about 103 degree weather all weekend). She gives me azithromycin as a precaution for the chlamydia/gonorrhea.

It's now Thursday and I still have the anal itching/burning/uncomfortable feeling but no sores that I can see. Being that it is my anus it's hard to get a good visual, but everything has been pretty normal looking down there. I should also add that I've been really constipated (haven't pooped since Sunday...).

So I'm thinking about going back on Saturday but is it worth it? Have I surpassed the point of blisters forming? I seem to fit the herpes profile, but haven't seen a single blister. I'm sort of freaking out because this is some random guy that could have been doing this with tons of other passes out people.

Any advice would help!

Honestly I don't think you need to keep an eye on it. Nothing ypu describe sounds remotely hsv related.

Thank you for the quick response. The itchiness/burning around my anus is pretty much gone and it doesn't hurt to poop. My buttocks and scrotum still have a bit of itching around them and I noticed a few small bumps between my scrotum and my thigh today, but they just look like irritated hair follicles because I've been messing with it and there are hairs coming out of all but one. No irritation when I'm exercising or focusing on something else. I do have a lot of anxiety to begin with so your response has calmed me a bit and thank you for that! I'm obviously not out of that two week zone so do you think I need to just keep an eye on it?

Definitely not hsv. You tested for bacterial std's and those only take a few days to pop positive so your food their. The hiv test needs 4-6 weeks for an accurate result. No need to worry about hiv from oral sex. All in all not std would cause symptoms the very next day and i don't suspect any std is the cause.
