NEED HELP

5 months ago had unprotected sex and unprotected oral. 2 days later I started to get burning in penis after urinating, then the burning persisted. Went to clinic, all test back neg, 2 weeks later swab tested found nothing. During this time I had taken azithromycin, after over 3 weeks since the incident all symptoms were gone. Now 17 weeks of no symptoms, I've got the same problem! I'm scared of herpes, i was told cannot test for it at gum clinic becoz of no visible signs!! I don't know if it's was because of the azithromycin the syptoms went away or they would've gone away on there own!?? Any ideas? I'm really scared

Having urethra irritations 2 days after oral would be more associated with an injury from the act itself.

No std shows symptoms 2 days later and contracting herpes from a one time affair where the person did not have any genital sores would be close to zero but since your sexually active you might want to have a blood test to confirm is you have herpes from any prior affair this would also releive your anxiety about this last one also. Test in 8 weeks as an indicator or 3 months for conclusive.
