I think I may have herpes
So recently I had anal sex with my boyfriend of 7yrs and the first time everything was fine, then the next day we tried to do it again .. But afterwards I was in extreme pain ("maybe not enough lubrication") anyways my anus hurt so much I couldn't sit still or even sleep that night and I had what felt Like a large red bump right on the opening of my anus that like stung if I moved a certain way or clenched my but cheeks together , I also had two small red bumps under the skin at Like where the vagina and anus meet I just put ice on it and hoped that the burning irritated feeling would go away .. I was so uncomfortable , so I decided to go to the doctor and they didn't even actually look at it they just prescribed proctozone-Hc 2.5% and I used it and felt relief but then the following day "today" I now have a little red bump on the inside of my outter vagina lip , it doesn't hurt its just small and red filled with a clear liquid so i decided to do a sitz bath and it burned and stung so nuch and it was just warm water I found also have another closer to my anus which is a little larger and flatter and stings if i touch it and my anus stund so bad when i got out the bath that i wabted to know what was going on all i could feel was a big bump so I decided to take my phone and take pictures so I could see and it looks like I have a cluster of clear bumps all on directly on the anus and I have some close to the vagina but only one directly on the inner lip . I don't even know if there all the same thing if it could be from friction because he's big in size and my butthole well not so much .. So could this be a side effect from that .. Because all the research I've done has lead me to herpes but I am not sure because the pictures I've seen look nothing like my blisters .. I thinking about going to my gyn on Monday , but I'm not sure if there is the right place to go should I try going to the hospital to see a doctor .!? ... Please help .!? I know I have to see someone but what can I do to help ease the pain and stinging / burning sensation it hurts supper bad to try and pass a bowl movement but I feel like the cream just made another bump appear so I did not use it again . .. Please Help.!

Hi, since all this start with the anal sex it would really appear more connected to that. First time outbreaks would appear at point of contact no all over the place as your describing. Also lessons would appear after the first week not the next day. The cream he gave you is for hemmoriods and is a strong cortizone cream but if you have open lesions it may not help. We dont diagnose here but what your describing is not suggestive of herpes. Do see a doctor for some swab tests.
