odds are this is something non-herpes going on.  try to be seen regularly for follow up to get to the bottom of things.

I do not have blisters, but each week the genitals will have some papules or erythema. And have occurred in many locations of the genitals (herpes recurrence position fixed?) Later, in 6 months time, I do TRINITy blood tests, test results are negative.I can be completely ruled out genital herpes? And my scrotum and penis often sweep

you can do pcr with even just red skin so indeed you can have a pcr swab done if they suspect herpes.

be seen every time you have symptoms.

But my symptoms are not sufficient to do PCR . I use TRINITY to test 3 times。 respectively in 2 and a half months. 4 months and 6 months. All the results were negative. Still cannot be excluded?Or you think symptoms is more important?

you asked previously about the WB. did you seek out local herpes groups for help?

if you are having symptoms weekly, be seen every single time you have symptoms. if they think they are due to herpes, they can do a lesion culture and typing.
