Friction or HSV2?

I have been dating a girl for 5 months possibly a little longer now and have had 3 sexual partners in the last 6 months (I was tested right before we started dating and was negative for HSV1/2 among many other STDs).

Two weekends ago I had sex with my gf about 7-8 times in a span of a couple of days. She noticed a very small bump on my shaft which I dismissed as an inflamed pearly papule or foredyce spot. The location of the bump is about an inch down my penis when my foreskin is pulled back, but still underneath when I roll the foreskin up, and is on my perineal raphe (penis seam). In terms of size it is about 1mm in height and 1mm wide, very small, it almost can be mistaken for the actual seam itself as it is so small and fits right along the shaft.

The bump was and is painless, not itchy and the only one not clustered at all with any other bumps.

About a day or two after she noticed the one small bump, it was still there and I pressed underneath my foreskin and a very tiny amount of clear fluid came out. Once I saw the clear fluid come out of the spot I began to concern myself with the possibility it was HSV2 that had been dormant for some time. I was negative for HSV2 when I got tested - still I thought a false negative could be possible for me. My current gf has HSV1 but I haven't seen her break out in months.

Now 12 days after first noticing the bump and 10 days after it first popped and let out clear fluid it is still draining but it has NOT formed into a ulcer, crusted over, turned white or yellowish, formed additional blisters etc. It is still NOT itchy, painful or sore. It does refill with fluid rather quickly, like literally a matter of seconds which it then drains if I press on the skin some. The telltale signs of Herpes are all missing except for the blister like bump itself.

After a week I started to occasionally have an itchy scrotum but I have applied antifungals (I frequently get jock itch) and it has subsided mostly and no other blisters at all.

Question: would a Herpes blister ooze for 10 days or more (without turning into an ulcer or crusting)? It doesn't feel like it's stopping anytime soon - or is this more likely a friction blister due to the repeated sex we had in the days just before noticing it?

I would get it looked at but it doesn't sound like a herpes lesion
