Help me ! huge lesion on vagina. (pic in profile)
I was in the hospital for 6 days for a severe kidney infection and when I was released and finally got home I noticed a lesion on the inner part of my vagina. (I posted a picture of it on my account) Its very painful and I can barely walk. I went to a children's hospital last night because I was very concerned because he diagnosed it as herpes...which really upset me because the only sexual partner I have ever had is my fiancé who I have been with for 5 years. Please go take a look and help me because this is absolutely terrible and if it is herpes...he cheated.
Yes the doctor did! I Myself really don't think it looks like herpes but we will see. Thank you for your response!!
It doesn't particularly look like herpes to me. I think there are other possibilities such as staph.
Did the doctor take a swab? Visual diagnoses are not very good.
If for some reason this is HSV, then it does not immediately followed that your partner cheated. They may easily have had HSV from childhood, do they get oral cold sores for example?
