Flu like symptoms with muscle ach and no HSV outbreak seen?!

Had unprotected oral sex from a female. Next day it burned while I urinated only twice. Had tingling sensation at the tip of my penis a day or two after the oral sex. A few days later I noticed like a migrating muscle ach in my legs just for a day and then hot flashes and chills/ acute fever feeling for less than 2 days. I was able to go to work fine and eventually felt better as the day progressed. I then noticed 4 small red bumps just under the foreskin, spaced out about a quarter inch or so. No puss or scabbing. Just tingling at the tip and then migrated to the rectum for 2 days and came back to the tip. At the tip it Almost was like an over sensitive feeling (not in the bumps) I did notice after I got out of the shower that the tip where it felt sensitive was red and blotchy looking. Went to the Dr. And he did a swab of the bumps and results came back negative. He prescribed lotrim af for a week and called it a yeast infection. My anxeity is through the roof on this. I looked up symptoms after the first day of tingling and then had everything listed. The flu like symptoms only seemed to be present at night while I was home. The anxiety is so bad it feels like I'm being choked or there's a band around my neck. I've seen 2 doctors and they both said there was no swelling of lymphnodes. The red dots started to disappear with in 2 or 3 days but the tip sensitivity took longer. Area where the tiny bumps were are still a bit red looking. Was never any cluster of bumps. Today is day 16. No additional bumps. No more fever or flu like symptoms. Flu like symptoms started around day 9ish. I've been tested for all other stds at day 16 all negative besides the hsv blood due to it being to early.

My main question is can you experince acute flu like symptoms and migratory muscles aches with out having a break out?

Second question- can you feel all of these symptoms due to anxeity?

Third and last- how fast can your glads/lymphnodes swell and go back to normal? I feel like I'm being choked or it's hard to swallow on and off during the day but mostly at night when I am home. It's really freaking me out because while I'm at the doctors office I dont really feel that symptom? It seems like when I'm distracted I feel fine and the lump in the throat will go away but the second I swallow while thinking about it, it seems to come back
