Could I have herpes or its just a hot water bottle buttcheek?

Its pretty cold these days and I decided to fill up my two hot water bottles.  I normally like to place one on my feet and the other on my back.  They are both in those fleece bags. In the morning, i woke up with one big blister on my buttcheek. It is one big soft sac of water that is painful.  Is there a way I can send a picture to show.  I am sexually active but always use protection though we all know its not 100%. I'm worried to know whether I have herpes or I got burned by the hot water bottle.

Thank you in advance

Go to an urgent care clinic today and have that blister swabbed for hsv. I guess it’s possible from the water bottle but that would have to be incredibly hot for it to cause a blister. Go get it checked.
