How accurate is a HSV 2 test at 10 weeks? And also should I wait til 12 weeks to get another one or can I put it behind me with the results at 10 weeks? Please I just need this one answer
I agree with Dave on this. Ten weeks is close enough. No need to retest at 12 weeks. You can put this behind you and move forward without concern.
If your test was negative at 10 weeks then you can put this behind you. Test dont go from negative to a 4 but is a progression as antibodies develop so if you were recently infected, at 10 weeks most likley would have showed a low positive, a number below 3.5.
