is this herpes?

I have these small red spots that have come up near the bottom of my penis shaft.  I am worried they are herpes.

Can someone advise to the best of their knowledge via picture?  I know a doctor is the only true answer, but at the moment I do not have access to one.

Do you know your partner's HSV status?

In any event, a few tiny pimples that fade within 48 hours 2 weeks or so from sex will not be herpes.

Ok, most likely not herpes related. However if you still want reassurance yes go see a doctor.

Hi, i only noticed them less than 48 hours ago. They have slightly faded and not as noticeable now, but can still see them.

No tingling, itch or pain.

I have had sex with my partner 2 weeks ago before travelling away.

Thanks for your advice.

I agree, these look like look like normal follicular related pimples. No concerns over herpes here.

What has been your sexual history in the week leading into those pimples appearing?

They look like they could be an early form of it but I think it is probably something else.

Just some questions. How long have they been there? Do they itch or feel tingly at all. Have they changed at all since you posted these pictures?
