Help please

I have HSV 2 for almost 5 years now and only had two outbreaks. One the moment I got infected and recently. Althouth I am on aciclovir, can I spread this virus to other parts of my body? Like my eyes or hands? I think I am getting paranoic and I wash my hand all the time even when I am not toching my genitals. Today some lite brown liquid came one of my vagina and touch muy hand. I am friking out because it iches now a bit.
Can someone let me know their opinion. I have read so much but still I am very concern.

Thanks for your response. Do you think that If I took a HSV1 test I will test positive? Since I already have HSV2 and the antibody is present in my body? Because when my first outbreak, the 1 was negative and the 2 was positive. I have read so other experiences about the test and the falses results, that I don't know how accurrate they can be. For for my peace of mind.
Many thanks.

HSV can be transmitted to other parts of the body only during the first few weeks after catching it. It almost never happens in longstanding herpes. In your case the chance is even lower since you're taking acyclovir. Don't worrya bout it.
