if your provider continues to insist it's herpes despite repeated negative igg blood tests, time to find a new provider! are you following up on this with your dermatologist?

I'm not familiar with a "torch panel" but it looks like you had type-specific antibody testing done. If I am correct here, then yes, a negative result six month result is conclusive.
What kind of exposure are you concerned about? Am I also correct in reading that your doctor remains convinced that you have herpes in spite of negative blood tests? It is true that a small percentage of the population does not produce antibodies that are detectable by the tests -- but they are rare.
