Scared of herpes or syphilis

Hi how are you I had an encounter that was protected sex not knowing it’s still a risk for other std …and after 17 days I developed a pimple like  …..and after like 3 days I got scared I went to see the doctor and the doctor tooked a look at it and she said there is nothing to worry about it’s just a pimple  and she asked me to do some test …which she used my urine and blood  not sure about the names of the test and when the results came back she told me everything is Oky on the results I will just give you Azythromycin 500g that you will take for 3 days and dermacin cream to put ….and I started the process but after taking my first …pill of Azythromycin I developed a lymph node in the grow in I think that was 10 hours after my first pill  and I continued …to take the pills as per doctor and the lymph node went away …and the pimple also went away but it left a small scar that you can see if you look so closely should I be worried as I keep on checking if anything has developed again

A syphilis or herpes sore doesn't look at all like a pimple, and your doctor can tell the difference.

A syphilis sore lasts at least a few weeks.

I'm not sure why the doctor gave you azithromycin if you had no infection. You should ask.

Oky thank you for your reply I will ask her but she said everything  is Oky after the urine and that blood test but I will ask …and I got a lymph node just 10 hours after I took  that azithromycin in but  it went away now though
The lymph node - if it was one, we are terrible at diagnosing our own swollen lymph nodes - might have just been in response to taking the meds or some other inflammation or infection in the body.

I wouldn't even worry about it.
Hi  and I wanted to ask again as I had like it started like a small pimple and I kept on checking and touching it everyday and it’s on my pubic area at the end close to the stomach …..so when I was touching it was growing until it became red on top and it’s been 2 weeks with it ….it wasn’t popping on it’s own till I decided to pop it and something like small yellow thing came out of it wasn’t liquid that thing coz I managed to hold that in my hand  of it and a bit of blood and now anxiety is back again should I worry ?
It sounds like a pimple, but I can't diagnose you.

Why haven't you seen a doctor? I can't figure out why you just waited, and then popped it.

It doesn't sound like herpes or syphilis, but a doctor can help you.

I've noticed you keep posting a lot and we're volunteers here.  IF you can't wait, please go to your doctor. Otherwise, you have to be patient and with the US holiday, it could be a few days before you get any answer here.  Please don't keep posting this same question everywhere . I get the sense that anxiety rules your thoughts.  This is not the syphilis forum, but syphilis isn't a pimple, it's a sore. Different. You had protected sex which makes it low risk for herpes or syphilis and you went to the doctor who gave you an antibiotic.  You healed but still see something. A lymph node just means you had an infection and yes, you already knew that because your doctor treated you with an antibiotic. That you still see something on your skin has nothing to do with herpes or syphilis.  My heartfelt suggestion is that you work with a therapist on your health anxiety.
