Herpes or yeast infection

Okay, so four months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who has herpes, two or three times. I never saw any symptoms whatsoever. About a week ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who had a yeast infection a few days prior . She said he had taken medicine and that it shouldn't be an issue. Then just a few days ago I had sex once again with a clean girl (take my word for it) and the day after my penis was raw like there was friction burn although it was well lubricated sex. I then began to develop 3 or 4 sore looking things. They kinda stung. I ignored it then proceeded to have anal sex with the girl who previously had a yeast infection. I then noticed the day after that the bumps spread quickly and now they're everywhere. It also burns to urinate. I also noticed that my inguinal lymph nodes are sore and swollen. After all this, the girl who had the yeast infection tells mad there are bumps around her anus. Could this be me reinfecting her with the yeast infection? I have had unprotected sex with this same girl a dozen times and nothing like this has happened until she gets this yeast infection. So my question is what are the odds of this only being a yeast infection and not herpes?

Who knows. You are putting or did put yourself at risk for a STD.  Go see a doctor. Use a condom next time, always.

Hi, most often topical irritations like your describing would be fungal related. Since the sores are all over the place it does not appear herpes related as are side specific but thats not saying that one or 2 may be herpes. Testing is the only way to confirm.
The stinging in your urethra could be from contracting a UTI from the anal sex and also may be an irritation from a yeast infection contracted from her. Its possible that the fungus is now around her anal area as well.
The anal canal is full of different natural bacterias and if youve picked it up in your urethra youll for sure need to see a doctor for testing.

On a side note. With all your unprotected sexual activity with all these different people, you should have a full panal std testing to make sure you dont pass something on to new partners. Really start using condoms.

There really isn't enough information on your post to make any kind of a responsible guess about what your symptoms are. We can't diagnose you on a forum, I'm afraid. Your symptoms warrant examination by a medical professional. I recommend you ask your partners to get tested as well.
