Herpes possibility

So while abroad in Europe, in a moment of weakness I solicited a prostitute. We had protected vaginal intercourse and showered before and after. After about a week I started to get an itch and redness on my scrotom then aches, a fever for 1 night, loss of appetite, sore lymphnodes in my groin area and really bad diarrhea. Upon returning home 3 weeks after the possible exposure I tested negative for igg anti bodies. The doctor concluded that  it was nothing more than jock it and prescribed an anti fungal which worked after about 3 weeks of use.  Then about a month after  returning I started having a burning sensation when I urinated followed by dribbling when finished. I then returned to the doctor and was diagnosed with prostatitis and began taking cipro. After the first round of the antibiotics my symptoms did not improve so I was tested again  for igg anti bodies at 7 weeks with another negative result. A second round of cipro was prescribed which I have just now completed with very little change in symptoms. Also, about 3 weeks ago I had a large zit on my face that burst after about a week. A few days later my face started to tingle then small white bumps appeared on my face.

So my questions are can I be confident in my test results so far? Is it normal for antibiotics to not work on prostatitis the first few times?  And if it turns out I am infected is it possible that it could have spread to my face?

Sorry to write so much but I wanted to be as accurate as possible. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for reading

You need to wait until 12 weeks post exposure in order to have a conclusive test. Based on the symptoms, it seems highly unlikely that you have contracted herpes from the episode you describe. I think you have stress induced pelvic/prostate issues.
