Herpes, yeast, whatever else?

I've been dealing with this for just past 5 months.  Looking back, I was having issues with pain in my abdomen and had a serious infection from my IUD.  It was removed and I was prescribed a very strong antibiotic and quasense birth control pills (period once every 3 months).  A few months after that, I kept thinking I had a bladder infection which turned out to be true and I was prescribed another strong antibiotic.  Then the vaginal fissure came.  I did have unprotected sex with someone prior (who said they didn't have herpes), but herpes is an option, also all bacterial STD came back negative.  The fissure is really tiny and comes in the same area every time, twice it has moved to the other side but the same area just opposite side (right at the opening of my vagina).  It's not excruciating pain but it's bothersome and gets old after dealing with it for so long.  The very first one I had the fissure on both sides, one side healed within a day maybe two (by healed I mean, it just disappeareD)...but the right side (the side is comes the msot) took a week or two...mind you I was constantly irritating it trying to figure out what was going on and panicing.  Reoccurent fissures last maybe a week, but its just the one little cut. More to the story, I've had itching in my anal area for longer than all this has happened, and I finally figured out a few weeks ago that it was due to pinworms.  I've been taking the pinworm medicine and the itchy stopped...the reoccurences stopped, too.  Normally they would come like a week apart from each other non stop...this time I went about a month.  Other things to note, the last time I had the fissure I did monstat 1 and it seamed to clear up. When they come I have intense itching all around the anal area...and I mean super intense.  I also have extreme itching all over the clitoris area.  However, the fissure isn't close to the areas that itch so bad and they are larger areas...not like one spot type itch.  I know I should just go to the doctor, but I'm just not there yet. I do have discharge sometimes but its usually watery, never has odor.  When the sore heals, its like one day it is there and irritating, the next day it is better, and the next day it is gone.  There is no blistering or scabbing over.  There's not any fluid coming from it really either. I've dabbed it a lot with a tissue paper and nothing ever shoes up.  I would just like opinions primarily if this sounds predominantly in the direction of herpes. Thank you.
