Herpes isn't usually tiny white spots, though it does sound like these could be blisters in the way you describe them as breaking.
You really need to see a doctor. Don't touch them, though - if there is fluid, the doctor can break them and culture that fluid and find out if it's herpes. That is the absolute best way to get diagnosed.
If they do a culture, make sure they do a type specific culture to find out if you have type 1 or type 2 genitally.
Don't freak out, though - it might be fungal or some kind of bacterial infection like balanitis. You do need to get it checked, though.

But today I notice a small pimple at the entrance of anus with white pus looking. Is it also due to Herpes? I am scared it been 13 days since I had sex. It was vaginal sex.
